At Measured Pawfection we believe in giving your dog a quality walk, which  not only exercise's your dogs body but also their minds.  We believe in providing a different walk each day (weather and conditions dependant), so that your dog experiences something new each day.  This allows your dog to use their minds as they walk around taking in new sights, sounds and smells.

We Provide:-​

• Year round dog walking - 5 days a week service (Monday - Friday) - Saturday by prior arrangement only.

• Free initial consultation to discuss you and your pets needs, type of walk, vet details, and arrange a free walk with you so your dog can get to know us.

• All Dogs will be picked up and returned in our fully air conditioned van.

• Our van is clean, light and welcoming which has been insulated and sound proofed (to reduce road noise) to ensure comfort.

• We are DBS Checked (Enhanced check), and fully insured (Pet Business Insurance).

• Canine First Responder trained with over 8 years canine first aid experience, 30+ years human first aid.

• We always carry a first aid kit, phone, water & bowl, spare leads/collars in case of emergency on our walks.

• All dogs will have a Measured Pawfection safety tag whilst out with us (including your own on their collar).

• We will clean them up (shower and towel dry) and brush them down if needs be.

• We only use bio-degradable poo bags.

• Ramp for easy access for the older/infirm dog.

• Shift patterns, Evenings, w/e's and Bank holidays by prior arrangement.

• We cover Tewkesbury, Bredon, Eckington and surrounding villages.

We offer various dog walking packages to suit you and your dogs needs: -

​

Group Walks - A maximum of 6 dogs walked together for an hour, to ensure that we manage their safety and comfort carefully on our walks.  The hour starts when we start walking, not from when we pick them up.

​

Cost - £9 for half an hour, £12 for an hour

​

1-1 Walks - Sometimes dogs need more space, care and attention, this could be due to reactivity issues, recovering from illness or injury.

​

For those dogs who are a little older or recovering from injury/illness we have a ramp for the dogs to get into our van.

​

Cost - £11 for half an hour, £16 for an hour

​

1-1 Training Walks - If your dog needs a little extra helping hand with their training, then we can provide bespoke training walks, where we can work specifically on there needs.

​

After an initial free consultation, were we will asses your dog and decide on the best approach to take.   We will then arrange a 1-2-1 training session (This costs £40) where we will design a training plan for your dog, and take you through the methods we are going to use, this will include a written report detailing the methods so that you can continue the training outside of the training walks.  This is important as clarity and consistency in a dogs training across the family helps to ensure the dog improves quicker.

We will then implement  the training plan into their walks ensuring they are fully supported and safe.

​

Training walks can cover things like: -  Nervous dogs - confidence training, Loose lead walking and dogs pulling on lead, jumping up, recall etc.
